Established as a
retirement home for individuals and couples in 1928, the Horn Home has
been in continuous operation for over 80 years. Licensed by the
state, the Horn Home is a level IV facility that provides elders with a
cost-effective alternative to independent housing, assisted living, or
nursing home care. Because of its reputation for excellence, the
Horn Home is well established and strongly rooted in the community.

Facility Description:
The Horn Home contains 11 rooms, creating a private and personable living environment for its residents. Our friendly, attentive staff easily established a rapport with elders of all ages and cultures and is always willing and enthusiastic to meet the needs of each of our residents. Residents' rooms are fully furnished and comfortable, and the family-style dining room provides residents with the opportunity to socialize with one another. The beautifully landscaped grounds and comfortable porches are spacious and provide residents with the opportunity to spend time outdoors.
